Location & Service!
Anatolia Hotel in Thessaloniki is a luxury deluxe hotel with elegant interiors. Its restaurant serves superb cocktails and gourmet dishes. All Senses Fitness & Health Club offers several specialised body and facial treatments, such as massages and aromatherapy. Guests can relax in the sauna and have a steam bath at no extra charge. Free public parking is available at a location nearby the Anatolia hotel.
Entrance
Anatolia hotel in Thessaloniki was my choice after a request from a client asking me to find for him and his wife a nice hotel not far from the city centre.
Ground Floor
The reservation was for a 3-night stay. Their welcome was warm and the owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Room
The standard room was small but impeccably clean with two single beds attached. Crispy linens and nice pillows. There was plenty of storage to fit clothes and a mini bar with drinks and snacks after payment.

The wall to ceiling curtains prevented light from coming in early in the morning. Besides the satellite TV and minibar, there was a very small safe deposit. Coffee/Tea facilities are provided, and they were highly appreciated.
There are much bigger rooms and elegant suites but on this occasion, the couple used the room only for sleep as they were outdoors most of the day. They found the location extremely convenient as the hotel is close to major attractions, the White Tower and the popular area of Ladadika.
Bathroom
The average size bathroom was nicely designed and had a walk-in shower and wall soap dispenser while robes and slippers were provided only upon request.
Breakfast
The couple was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast selection. If they liked it so much, it is certain you will find something that fits your taste buds easily!
Residents can enjoy a la carte options upon request and it is possible to enjoy them up from the top of the 4th floor of the Secret Terrace Lounge. The Aqua Lounge Bar Restaurant is the perfect spot to relax and have a break. I can easily imagine myself sipping a glass of wine if I were there and probably arrange to have a meal as well. The interior is so nicely decorated, the atmosphere superb so why leave the premises for somewhere else?
Verdict
Anatolia Hotel would certainly be one of our choices when we get to Thessaloniki. It is highly recommended for all the above reasons, so why not giving it a try?
