We are lucky enough to have travelled a lot and experience different hotels, however you scarcely come across so close to the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. From walking through the door of the hotel the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Once inside, we felt a sense of grandeur, and character. The check-in process was fast thanks to Mohammed and Aditya for their professional service and we could not wait to see what our suite had to offer.

Opening the door to our suite was a delight. Elegant and classy, this lovely suite would be our ‘home’ for the next 3 days.
Ceiling to floor curtains behind the huge wall windows, overlook the beach and the entrancing Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a working desk, two lovely leather seats and an elegant looking bed.

The bright and breezy setting is deceptively casual given the caliber of the food on offer, but this creates a very relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The buffet had tons of options, making our morning very happy! Waiting staff would drop by to check if we have everything or help us navigate the various food stations…what a treat!

Breakfast was quite extensive and jammed full of guests. There was so much selection, and we ended up eating things we didn’t normally get to try but it was fun.
During our stay we enjoyed a range of international cuisines served in the dining venues and we had hearty meals at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill and other restaurants. The waiting staff ensure you are well looked after and make regular appearances at your table to top up your glass.

Although the beach was nice and inviting, we spent most of our time in the pool. At intervals we had complimentary citrus or cucumber water which was a nice touch in the heat, or shots of cold milkshake. What a lovely gesture!

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is within 10 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and Abu Dhabi Mall, and 30 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Marina Mall is 25 km away, and provides free shuttle service.
Service was top notch! Everyone is keen to say yes to whatever the request. Definitely this is anticipated from a 5* but here it happens without hesitation and is borne out of a desire to always give the guests the best possible experience.

Staying at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr was a treat indeed. Our stay was absolutely flawless. The food, location, service and the facilities were above and beyond. Throughout our stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr the staff was super friendly and just a pure delight to encounter. The Fairmont embraces everything that I enjoy about a hospitality experience. As a whole, Fairmont tends to be a very consistent brand when it comes to quality and I would highly recommend you to stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr -Abu Dhabi.
