Family attractions of Cyprus are most promising with watersport theme parks, extreme parks, toy museums, zoos, herb gardens, castles, ancient sights and all these help to spoil not only the little ones but adults as well. The beautiful Island of Cyprus is by far a family-friendly destination. Beaches, castles, ancient sights and virtual year-round sunshine together with water sports, museums, parks, boat rides and loads of ice cream…all these help to spoil the little ones. Overall, beaches in the main resorts have shallow waters, bucket-and-spade worthy pebbles and sand, together with various beach activities.
No holiday to the island is complete without some aqua fun. With three Waterparks and plenty of water-based activities, wherever you are staying you can dive and slide, relax or be thrilled.

Paphos Zoo: This Zoo offers a great wildlife experience. Children will see the giraffes, monkeys, meerkats, crocodiles, kangaroos, wallabies, mouflon, albino, white lions, tigers, tortoises and several more. They will also have the chance to play with the animals in the Children’s Farm of the zoo and get closer to bunny rabbits, goats, chicks, guinea pigs and more.
Limassol Zoo: A lot smaller than the Zoo of Paphos but it is certainly a must-see for any guest in the area. It functions as an education and scientific facility, dedicated to studying and conserving the animals in their care and help to increase population numbers through the breeding program. The zoo houses pygmy hippos, meerkats, an array of birds, otters and many more animals.
Extreme Park Nicosia: This specific Park is a great place for kids to spend their excess energy, with vast indoor/outdoor playgrounds complete with climbing wall, inflatable slides, bungee trampolines, rope obstacle course, mini golf, soccer, bowling, kiddie cinema and a couple of café bars.
