Located on the edge of Balluta Bay a few meters from the Le Meridien St Julian’s Hotel the Barracuda is a waterside restaurant. It goes strong on locally sourced fish, exquisite carpaccios, tempting starters, pasta and fresh fish-based mains. Buddhamann is an Ethnic Asian-influenced Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge, with tastes and dishes from exotic lands. The glass-walled Buddhamann Asian restaurant has sofas on the terrace and overlooks the bay from the new outdoor Broadside Terrace Grill and Cocktail Bar which is open from May to October. Its warm and stylish environment will travel you on a culinary journey from India to Japan. Although not a cheap, the price for the high standard of food is a bargain for what it is.

The de Mondion
Consistently rated amongst the top restaurants in Malta for the soul-nourishing cuisine. Thick white tablecloths and waiters in full bib and tucker, add to the fine dining ambience at the top of the boutique 5-five star Xara Palace Hotel in Mdina. The food is intricate without being fussy.

San Giuliano Restaurant
A typical Italian Restaurant located at a prime location overlooking Spinola Bay set above the vaulted boatyards of a 17th-century palazzo.
