Atmosphere
I was blown away with the ambience. The attention to detail is incredible. With the high ceiling, the panoramic windows and exquisite food, the Oceana Restaurant, St Julian’s is elegant dining at its best.

Out by the terrace, you can enjoy views of the pool, the sea and garden but we chose to have our breakfast inside, in the comfortable and contemporary interior.
This amazing restaurant of the Hilton Malta Hotel opens at 07:00 – 10:30 and its American Breakfast is a full five-star buffet with all the trimmings. Delicacies stand out for a depth of flavour and balance that does justice to the Mediterranean cuisine, while service is top notch and on the whole tastes are exquisite.

During our stay at the Hilton Malta St Julian’s, at breakfast, we enjoyed an array of savoury Mediterranean dishes, the choices of which suite all tastes. Make sure you go hungry as otherwise, you will get disappointed!
So if you are a food addict and wish to get a picture of what breakfast is like at the Oceana Restaurant, of the Hilton Malta, I can tell that there are so many choices to die for!

Verdict
On the whole, breakfast at the Oceana Restaurant, St Julian’s is superb and highly recommended to food addicts. The service during our stay at the Hilton Malta St. Julian’s was flawless. The staff were punctual and there when I needed them the most, I’d like to thank them for this.
