A favourite restaurant, which has given us unique tasting moments over the last several years. With a refreshed menu once again this year to cool off the hot days and offer exquisite tastes in the evenings.
Pergola Grill Bar offers a broad choice of wines and beverage to convince the most demanding palate. The service is impeccable, the setting is lovely and the memory of the food will stay with you forever. During the day you can enjoy cool cocktails and tasty snacks next to the magnificent pool. At night, it transforms into a magnificent restaurant offering a tempting a la carte menu with a wide selection of mouth-watering dishes and the finest wines and spirits!

The new menu offers a generous selection of delectable dishes at affordable prices. Try the refreshing Salad with watermelon and feta or chicken and avocado, dishes like the Black Angus burgers with Mediterranean flavours, delicious Pasta and variety of seafood.

In the afternoon accompany your coffee with a traditional Cypriot delicacy, the refreshing summer pudding ‘Mahalepi’ which is full of the fragrance of rosewater and roses from Cyprus. Fully transformed in the evening, the Pergola Grill Bar will happily surprise you with its lovely romantic atmosphere and emphasis on Grilled options. Among other things, do not miss to try Sea Bream, Ravioli with lobster and crab, tender Lamb chops, delicious and juicy Steaks.
“Friday Night Swimming”
As from this year, it is open to non-residents as well and happened to be there on the “Friday Night Swimming”. Hurry, before summer is over!
On this particular night at the Pergola Grill Bar, locals are welcome to participate and chill out around the pool till quite late.

For this occasion, guests can enjoy the Cypriot Kebab ‘souvlaki’ and order as many as they wish from the stands on the side. From a bite or two which I had, I found the kebab tender and flavoursome…certainly not to be missed! A great choice after hours of swimming under the starry sky!

Our A la carte choice
We started off with three highly recommended appetizers that we loved. All three nicely presented and delicious!
The Salmon Tartar –exquisite and yummy!
The Quinoa and Kale Salad mouthwatering!
The Goat Cheese Salad with its tangy flavour –Big thumbs up!
Main course
I had the Grilled Jumbo Prawns sided by a baked potato and vegetables. Cooked to perfection, fresh and mouthwatering!

My friend opted for the Black Cod with Quinoa which had a buttery flavour and a delicate silky texture, and our pairing wine was the favourite of mine, Malagouzia. Cheers to all, from the Executive Chef of the Landmark Nicosia, Mr Stelios Michaelidis and us.
Dessert
Our dessert choice, the Caramelized Phyllo with Strawberries and the warm ‘Galactoboureko’ sided with an ice cream ball. Both nicely presented and toothsome!
Verdict
Every dish was absolutely stunning, plated wonderfully and cooked to perfection. The service at the Pergola Grill Bar is classy and efficient making you realize that you’re somewhere special. I can’t recall one bite that was disappointing. Everything was so tasty that words fail me.
