Personal Experience

Flying economy class to Singapore.

Check-in and boarding was smooth. From the moment we arrived at the airline’s check-in counter we were overwhelmed by the friendliness and willingness of the staff to assist. The staff on board were ever so attentive and extra kind to kids.

Singapore Airlines

There was plenty of time to serve food which was ample with interesting choice accompanied by wine. Inflight entertainment was great with movies, delightfully surprised at the quality. The seat comfort was also average. I admit I expected space between seats a bit wider but how could we complain …we could not wait to reach Singapore! We mostly travel light so we had no issue at any time with excess kilos to deal with. No shortage of staff on either the ground-floor or on board.  We were handed a toiletry kit with comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, hand cream and quality liquid soap. I give 5* for the Overall Value for Money.

Bottom Line

Flying with Singapore Airlines is like experiencing a journey unlike any other on some of the most comfortable and spacious aircrafts in the world. With a fleet of 106 aircraft whose average age standing at 7 to 8 years, you can expect relaxing and promising trips.
