Exquisite Tastes Superb Views!
Three Sixty Restaurant – Doha, is located on the 47th floor of the Torch Doha – Qatar revolving restaurant and offers a panoramic view that simply takes your breath away. It is unlike any other restaurant in Qatar and is not more expensive than other 5* restaurants in Doha and definitely it’s worth coming up here even for once. I was a guest here in the capacity of a food critic to comment on the cuisine.
We were staying at the Mövenpick Hotel Al Aziziyah Doha which is in short proximity to the Torch Doha and for us it was a pleasant short walk passing through the Aspire Park to come here. The management of the Movenpick Hotel Al Aziziyah offered to arranged after our dinner to be driven back to our hotel in their limo

We take the lift to the 47th floor of the Torch Doha hotel to the Three Sixty Restaurant – Doha, where we are welcomed and directed to a nicely set table of our choice. We are here a little earlier to meet the Chef. The list on the menu was long, and there were several promotions like the Norway Trout with appetizers and main courses, or the Italian Regional Food promotion based on platters from famous regions of Italy like Toscana, Lazio, Campagna and Sicilia, and the list went on and on with anything you could imagine.
We started off with the Oriental Mezzeh platter. There were appetizers like hummus, tabouleh, aubergine salad, staffed vine leaves, marinated feta kobebeh, samosa and garlic shrimps. The platter was colourful nicely assorted and all appetizers unique in its taste. Obvious that ingredients were of high quality

No alcoholic drinks are served out here but with the moktails we had which were excellent, we did not miss the wine that much this time
Main Course
For the main, I opted for the Parmesan Chicken which was delicious. The Pan-fried chicken breasts were accompanied with parmesan cream sauce and mushroom risotto but I asked for some asparagus which were added as well

My husband was delighted with his Spaghetti Carbonara which had the right texture and depth of flavour
The floor was revolving making rounds and rounds while we were enjoying our meal, while the pianist was playing the best classics creating a lovely atmosphere. Once in a while we would have a look through the huge glass windows to check at what angle we were that moment
Dessert
With all what we had, I felt like skipping dessert at first. I started checking for the lightest as possible option and finally I decided to have some fruit. I never expected the platter to be that big and full of berries as if the Chef knew exactly my favourite. My husband who has a sweet tooth loved his choice as well. I nibbled out of curiosity and he had every reason to love it
Verdict
The evening went off without a hitch. The Three Sixty Restaurant at the top of the Torch Hotel Doha offers superb view of the city. Whether you want to come and enjoy a meal, or simply have a drink, it is a great place to get to. The service was exceptional, food wonderful and I must say we enjoyed our evening as I am sure you will too if you come here. Check also the Flying Carpet Restaurant – Doha. If you plan dining at the restaurant I suggest making reservations especially if you wish to come on a Friday or Saturday. These two nights the restaurant keeps really busy.
